How to Use
Twice a day, once in the morning after bath or shower, and once again in the evening, before bedtime.
For Best Results
After applying cream to feet, put plain socks (100% cotton) in the microwave for 10-15 seconds. Leave socks on overnight to keep feet moisturized.

HOW TO USE
Clean skin and dry completely before use. Snap our precision blade to the cover. Hold the Barielle Foot Rasp / Foot file firmly in the palm of your hand and press down gently against the area of the foot to be treated.
Begin at the thickest area of dead skin you wish to remove and slide the Barielle Foot Rasp / Foot file slowly forward and back along its length. When completed, remove the cover to the catcher compartment and discard skin shavings in the trash.
Use the bottom finishing file to smooth down your feet. The finishing file can also be used to maintain smoothness between treatments.
